{"id":352,"date":"2026-05-20T09:35:50","date_gmt":"2026-05-20T01:35:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabahmj.com\/?p=352"},"modified":"2026-05-20T10:36:06","modified_gmt":"2026-05-20T02:36:06","slug":"andi-pantau-status-balai-bomba-merotai-projek-capai-96-6-peratus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sabahmj.com\/index.php\/2026\/05\/20\/andi-pantau-status-balai-bomba-merotai-projek-capai-96-6-peratus\/","title":{"rendered":"Andi pantau status Balai Bomba Merotai, projek capai 96.6 peratus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"237\" data-end=\"430\"><strong data-start=\"237\" data-end=\"247\">KALABAKAN:<\/strong> Ahli Parlimen Kalabakan, Datuk Andi Muhammad Suryady Bandy terus memantau perkembangan projek pembinaan Balai Bomba dan Penyelamat Merotai yang menjadi perhatian masyarakat setempat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"432\" data-end=\"594\">Beliau berkata, pada Mac lalu pihaknya telah mengemukakan surat kepada pihak berkaitan bagi mendapatkan penjelasan serta status terkini berhubung projek tersebut.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"596\" data-end=\"768\">Menurut Andi, beliau kini telah menerima maklum balas rasmi daripada Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia (JBPM) mengenai perkembangan semasa pelaksanaan projek berkenaan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"909\">\u201cSaya telah menerima maklum balas rasmi daripada pihak Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia berkenaan perkembangan semasa projek tersebut.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"1057\">\u201cPerkara seperti ini akan terus saya pantau bagi memastikan keperluan rakyat serta pembangunan di kawasan mendapat perhatian sewajarnya,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1059\" data-end=\"1248\">Berdasarkan maklum balas rasmi JBPM bertarikh 15 Mei 2026, kemajuan kerja fizikal sebenar di tapak projek ketika ini adalah sebanyak 96.60 peratus berbanding kemajuan berjadual 100 peratus.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1506\">Surat berkenaan turut memaklumkan bahawa tarikh siap asal projek adalah pada 29 September 2024. Bagaimanapun, kontraktor yang dilantik telah ditamatkan perkhidmatan pada 5 November 2025 susulan ketidakupayaan untuk meneruskan pelaksanaan baki kerja projek.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1670\">JBPM melalui Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT) juga telah mengemukakan permohonan kenaikan kos projek kepada Kementerian Ekonomi pada 5 Mei 2026.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1672\" data-end=\"1838\">Menurut maklum balas itu lagi, projek berkenaan akan ditender semula bagi menyiapkan baki kerja selepas kelulusan kenaikan kos diperoleh daripada Kementerian Ekonomi.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1840\" data-end=\"2023\">Projek tersebut dijangka dapat disempurnakan dalam tempoh enam bulan selepas pelantikan kontraktor penyiap, seterusnya beroperasi bagi memberi perkhidmatan kepada masyarakat setempat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2025\" data-end=\"2238\">Andi berkata, kemudahan seperti balai bomba amat penting kepada kawasan Merotai dan sekitarnya, khususnya dalam memperkukuh aspek keselamatan, kesiapsiagaan kecemasan serta perkhidmatan menyelamat kepada penduduk.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2240\" data-end=\"2453\">Beliau turut menegaskan bahawa pembangunan kemudahan asas di kawasan Parlimen Kalabakan akan terus diberi perhatian, termasuk melalui pemantauan berterusan terhadap projek-projek yang berkepentingan kepada rakyat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2455\" data-end=\"2627\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\u201cKeutamaan saya adalah memastikan setiap kemudahan yang diperlukan rakyat dapat direalisasikan dan sebarang isu pelaksanaan dapat disusuli dengan pihak berkaitan,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KALABAKAN: Ahli Parlimen Kalabakan, Datuk Andi Muhammad Suryady Bandy terus memantau perkembangan projek pembinaan Balai Bomba dan Penyelamat Merotai yang menjadi perhatian masyarakat setempat.
